Common reasons you may not be able to log in
- You entered the wrong email or password
- You have not finished account setup yet
- Your reset link expired or did not open correctly
- You are trying to sign in from an older browser or in-app browser
- You requested a password reset but did not complete it
How to reset your password
If you forgot your password, use the reset option on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password and regain access to your account.
If your reset link does not work
Try requesting a new reset email and open the latest link you receive. If possible, open the link directly in your browser instead of from inside another app. Older or expired links may not work as expected.

- Open the newest password reset email
- Avoid using older reset links
- Try your regular browser if the flow feels broken in another app
- Check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not arrive
