Profile modes

Show the right version of yourself depending on the situation.

Introlo gives you multiple profile modes so you can tailor what people see based on the context. Whether you are networking at an event, showcasing your work, sharing content, or keeping things casual, each mode highlights different parts of your profile without you needing to maintain separate pages.

What modes are

A mode is a preset layout for your profile. Each mode controls which blocks appear, what order they show in, and how your page is styled by default. Your core profile info stays the same across modes, but the blocks and emphasis change to fit the situation.

You can switch between modes at any time in Studio. Your content is never lost when you switch — blocks that are hidden in one mode are simply not shown to visitors, but they stay saved in your account.

Available modes

  • Meet — Designed for events, intros, and fast connections. Event context and mutual connect are always present, with connect tools available when you want them. Great for conferences, meetups, and in-person networking.
  • Work — Highlights your projects, experience, and professional credibility. Best for job searching, portfolio sharing, and professional networking.
  • Create — Built for content creators. Starts with media (tweets and videos by default), with TikTok and other content blocks available as needed.
  • Social — A casual, everyday version of you. Shows your hobbies, tools, interests, and current focus in a relaxed layout.

How modes affect your page

Each mode has its own block template that determines which blocks are required, optional, or hidden. Required blocks always appear. Optional blocks can be toggled on or off. Hidden blocks do not show on the public page in that mode.

  • Meet mode is connection-first — event context and mutual connect are required, while connect and connection pulse are optional
  • Work mode leads with projects and experience — up to 4 projects shown by default
  • Create mode starts with media embeds — tweets and videos are in the default layout, and TikTok can be added
  • Social mode is flexible — most blocks are optional so you can keep it light

Switching modes

You can switch modes directly in Studio using the mode selector. When you switch, your page layout updates to match the new mode. Any blocks you have already filled in will carry over if they are part of the new mode.

Each mode also has a default theme, but you can override it with any theme you prefer. Your theme choice is saved per mode.

Try switching modes before an event or a job interview to make sure your profile is showing the most relevant version of you.

Choosing the right mode

Think about who will be visiting your profile and what you want them to do. If you are heading to a conference, switch to Meet. If you are applying for jobs, use Work. If you are growing an audience, try Create. For everyday sharing, Social keeps things approachable.

What to do next

Once you have picked a mode, head to Publish and share to make your profile live and start sending people to it.
